We place a strong emphasis on nurturing local talent, having successfully created over 352 job opportunities, including 102 permanent positions and approximately 250 temporary roles for both skilled and unskilled workers. Our dedicated team of professionals utilizes cutting-edge machinery and resources to ensure that we meet the highest standards across all our projects.
Additionally, our extensive services encompass real estate development, the supply of essential materials, and expert design reviews for water supply and sanitation projects, all designed to foster sustainable development.

Our steadfast mission revolves around providing high-quality infrastructure construction, Supply and service to our customers through leveraging cutting-edge technologies and nurturing a workforce of highly skilled and competent professionals. By 2030, we aspire to be the most competent, dependable, and preferred construction and supply company in Africa.
In the pursuit of this vision, BIGETA has meticulously crafted a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan spanning from 2025/26 to 2030/31. This plan is designed to achieve four strategic themes and a total of fifteen objectives. Serving as our guiding blueprint, this strategic plan delineates our vision, mission, strategies, objectives, and foremost priorities at BIGETA. A mid-term strategic plan review is scheduled after two and a half years.
Over the next seven years, BIGETA is committed not only to attaining substantial growth but also to delivering exceptional services that captivate our esteemed customers. We firmly believe that, with unwavering commitment from our management and Employees, we will transform these strategies into tangible accomplishments aligned with our mission and vision.
